JOB POSTING FOR REGULAR POSITIONS. 16.01 When a new position is created on a regular work rotation schedule of when such a vacancy occurs, the Employer shall immediately notify the Unit Chair in writing. A new position or a vacancy shall be posted on all bulletin boards for a minimum of one week. 16.02 The notice shall contain the position title, the normal requirements of the position and the wage rates and the shifts required. (a) Vacancies shall be filled by first considering applications from regular employees and then recalling regular employees who were subject to layoff under Article 15.
