Common use of Job Share Benefits Clause in Contracts

Job Share Benefits. Job share benefits will be provided to employees sharing the regular work hours and benefits of one full-time position and the employee must work a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week to be eligible for medical, dental, life and disability insurance. 17.2.9.1 Each employee will have the option to enroll in a medical plan and dental plan of the employee’s choice. The County contribution for each job-share employee shall be equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the employer contribution for the medical plan and dental place selected by the employee.
