Job Sharing Arrangements. Where the Employer and the Union agree, job sharing arrangements may be entered into between the parties. Job sharing is defined as an arrangement whereby two employees share the hours of work of what would otherwise be one full-time position. Subject to the provisions of Article 18, the position involved in the job sharing arrangement will be maintained as a full-time position in the Employer’s staffing complement. The Employer and the Union in making an agreement shall use the Model Agreement outlined at Article 28.
