Job Training and Orientation. ‌ The Employer shall endeavor to provide employees with reasonable orientation and training with respect to current procedures, forms, methods, techniques, materials and equipment normally used in employees work assignments and periodic changes therein, including where available and relevant to such work, procedural manuals. The Employer subscribes to the principles of career ladders and promotions within the Fire Department. The Employer encourages employees to participate in job-related training and education programs.

  • NOW THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:
