Common use of Jobsite Representative and Project Executive Clause in Contracts

Jobsite Representative and Project Executive. Subcontractor shall keep a representative at the jobsite during all times when the Subcontract Work is in progress, and such representative shall be authorized to represent Subcontractor as to all phases of the work. Subcontractor’s jobsite representative must attend all jobsite coordination meetings. Prior to commencement of the Subcontract Work, Subcontractor shall notify Contractor who Subcontractor’s representative is to be. Any direction, instructions, information or data given to Subcontractor’s representative by Contractor, either written or verbal, shall be as binding as though given to Subcontractor himself.
