JobsPlus. The JobsPlus recruitment subsidy, launched in the second half of 2013 as a commitment under the Action Plan for Jobs, is designed specifically for the long-term unemployed. This incentive scheme encourages employers to recruit long-term unemployed people. The incentive is payable monthly in arrears, over a 2-year period.
