Each Resident listed herein shall be jointly and severally responsible to Lessor for full performance under each and every covenant and condition of this lease agreement and for compliance with applicable law. Acceptance of individual rent payments from Residents by Lessor as well as billing statements to individual Residents from Lessor does not alter this article or any other article of this lease.
