Joint Committee. (a) Establishment of Joint Committee The Parties agree to establish a Joint Committee composed of two Union representatives and two senior Employer representatives, with each Party selecting its own representatives. This Committee may call upon additional persons for technical information or advice. The Committee may establish sub-committees or ad hoc committees as it deems necessary and shall set terms of reference for such Committees.
