Common use of Joint Employment Project Clause in Contracts

Joint Employment Project. The Company agrees to discuss the possibility of establishing a joint employment project, to hire and support persons with disabilities in the workplace. The objective is to hire workers who identify as having a disability and may include working with social service agencies that currently work with this population. As is the case with all employees, the parties recognize the health and safety and food safety requirements within the plant.
