Joint Scheduling Committee. (a) The parties will establish a joint committee on scheduling policies. The committee will have two members appointed by the Union and two members appointed by the Company. (b) The committee will meet as frequently as necessary, but in no event less than quarterly, to assess adherence to the scheduling policies and to recommend corrective action where policies are not being uniformly followed. (c) The committee shall report to Union membership and Training management on a regular basis.
