Common use of JOINT TRAINING AND LICENSING COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT TRAINING AND LICENSING COMMITTEE. 4.06.01 The purpose of this Joint Committee is to discuss and resolve issues, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness and quality of technical training in Technical Services. The Joint Training and Licensing Committee will also determine the contents of Chapter 4 of the Maintenance Technical Recruiting, Training and Certification Manual (Publication 831). Revisions shall be agreed to by the Joint Training and Licensing Committee unless required by a Government Regulatory authority. 4.06.02 This Joint Committee will: A) Maintain all agreements, policies and procedures related to the sections of Chapter 4 of Publication 831. B) Act as a resource body to provide meaningful input to issues related to training and licensing. 4.06.03 This Joint Committee will be comprised of the following: A) Three (3) representatives appointed by the Union. B) Management representatives (not to exceed Three (3) in number).
