JOINT TRAINING AND LICENSING COMMITTEE. 4.06.01 The purpose of this Joint Committee is to discuss and resolve issues, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness and quality of technical training in Technical Services. The Joint Training and Licensing Committee will also determine the contents of Chapter 4 of the Maintenance Technical Recruiting, Training and Certification Manual (Publication 831). Revisions shall be agreed to by the Joint Training and Licensing Committee unless required by a Government Regulatory authority.
