Stockkeeper. Is employed by the Company to perform the receiving, shipping, warehousing and issuing functions, including the operation of motorized equipment and local delivery motor vehicles, the issuance of tools and ensuring that such tools are maintained in good condition and other associated duties as required. In addition these employees shall be engaged in the inspection of aircraft materials and non-aircraft materials, parts and components, to ensure they are duly certificated` in accordance with Transport Canada and Company regulations and are in acceptable condition and meet Company Standards. To operate and provide routine servicing to Company motor vehicles and to ensure proper receipt, safekeeping and delivery of material being transported in the Company vehicles.

Stockkeeper. GO Transit North Bay Main Stores North Bay Car Stores Xxxxx Xxx Xxxx xx Xxx Stores Xxxxxxxxx Stores North Bay Locomotive Stores Cochrane Stores (a) Receives, stores, issues, ships and replenishes supplies and material used in operation of Ontario Northland. (b) In particular to perform the following duties: Performs authorized functions necessary to receive, issue, and replenish material, either manually or electronically on a computer. Identifies, verifies, and ensures the accuracy of shipments of material received from supplies, shops and other stores. Conducts daily replenishment process for inventory, revises order quantities when required, creates and transmits requisitions to Purchasing. Processes, issues and replenishes the Work Order satellite Stores. Stores material in the appropriate stores location. Maintains stock locations, identifies locations for new products, and inputs new stock item information. Advises other departments when material is received. Ensures WHMIS sheets are received for WHMIS materials. Performs accurate counts of material received, issued, shipped and on hand. Counts material identified on replenishment and inventory reports, investigates and adjusts incorrect quantities. Issues required material to appropriate user according to requisition. Picks material required by users. May have to use material handling equipment. Packs and prepares materials for shipment. This includes completing all related forms such as labels, postal forms, waybills, placards, shipping documents, etc. This also includes ordering and billing railcars in and out of the Stores department. Operates forklift or other material handling equipment to asset in loading/ unloading or moving materials and products, if required. Accurately completes, files, and updates all forms, records, reports and documents required for the Stores functions. Ensures that respective work areas are clear and free of hazards at all times. This includes daily housekeeping duties. May be required to work outdoors in all weather.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers participant data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share the Participant’s data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Company’s service provider will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Optionee's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Optionee's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Optionee to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Optionee will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Optionee’s ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Benefits Committee As per LOA#10, a benefits committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, shall convene upon request to address all matters that may arise in the operation of the OSSTF ELHT.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. (b) An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. (c) It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. It is also agreed that the topic of the utilization of full-time and part-time staff is an appropriate topic for the Labour-Management Committee. The committee shall have access to work schedules and job postings upon request. (d) It is understood that joint meetings with other Labour-Management Committees in the Hospital may be scheduled concerning issues of mutual interest if satisfactory to all concerned. (e) Where two or more agreements exist between a Hospital and CUPE the Committee may be a joint one representing employees under both agreements, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Plan Administration AvMed may from time to time adopt reasonable policies, procedures, rules and interpretations to promote the orderly and efficient administration of this Contract.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Nurses Unit The appointment of two (2) full-time employees to the same budgeted regular position may be authorized by the Director of Human Resources to facilitate training, to make assignments to a position which is vacant due to extended authorized leave of absence, or in an emergency. The most recently hired dual appointee shall enjoy all of the benefits of regular employees except regular status, unless the most recently appointed dual appointee has regular status in the classification. The most recently appointed employee shall be notified in writing by the appointing authority and such notification will clearly define the benefits to which that employee is entitled. Upon return of the initial appointee or completion of the training period or emergency, the following procedure shall apply. If the most recently appointed dual appointee has regular status in the same classification, he/she shall be placed in a vacant position in the same classification in the department/group. If no position is available, the employee shall be laid off, pursuant to the layoff provisions of this Agreement; provided, however, that the initial appointee shall be excluded from the order of layoff. If the most recently appointed dual appointee does not have regular status in the classification, he/she may be appointed to a vacant position in the same classification in the department/group, however, he/she shall be required to serve a probationary period unless waived by the Director of Human Resources. If the most recently appointed dual appointee held prior regular status in a lower classification immediately preceding the dual appointment, he/she shall have the right to return to the former classification and department. If he/she has not held prior regular status in a lower level classification, he/she shall be terminated.

  • Oversight Committee The Company and Union shall each appoint three members to be part of an Oversight Committee. The Oversight Committee will attempt to resolve any issues that may arise regarding this Letter of Agreement within forty-five (45) days. Issues that the Oversight Committee cannot resolve will be subject to the party’s grievance procedure Subsection 102.3(a)(2) timelines will be waived for the forty-five (45) day period.

  • Grievance Committee The Hospital will recognize a Grievance Committee composed of the Chief Xxxxxxx and not more than (as set out in Local Provisions Appendix) employees selected by the Union who have completed their probationary period. A general representative of the Union may be present at any meeting of the Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to deal with complaints or grievances as set out in this Collective Agreement. The Union shall keep the Hospital notified in writing of the names of the members of the Grievance Committee appointed or selected under this Article as well as the effective date of their respective appointments. A Committee member shall suffer no loss of earnings for time spent during their regular scheduled working hours in attending grievance meetings with the Hospital up to, but not including arbitration. The number of employees on the Grievance Committee shall be determined locally.
