Joint University/Association Business. a) To a maximum of six (6) persons per committee, staff members who are members of the Association Chapter Executive Committee, or a University/Association joint committee shall, without loss of salary or benefits, be allowed reasonable flexibility in their work schedule to conduct joint University/Association business, subject to satisfactory performance of University duties.
