Judgment on Award. Any judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof.

An arbitrator's award granting an injunction or specific performance may be judicially enforced.
Judgment on Award. Any award rendered by the Tribunal shall be final and binding, and judgment on any award may be entered in and enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.

A judgment confirming an arbitral award shall have the same force and effect in all respects as and be subject to all the provisions of law relating to, a judgment in a civil action, and it may be enforced as if it has been rendered in a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction as set forth herein. When the award requires the performance of any other act than the payment of money, the court shall direct the enforcement thereof in the manner provided by law.
Judgment on Award. Parties to proceedings conducted pursuant to this agreement shall be deemed to have consented that the judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
