Common use of Junior Rates Clause in Contracts

Junior Rates. This Agreement allows Junior Rates of Pay to be paid in accordance with the following table as applied to the relevant Level 1 rates of pay: Under 17 years of age 55% 17 years of age 65% 18 years of age 75% 19 years of age 85%
