Jurisdiction; Compliance with Rules. Participant consents, on behalf of itself and its Authorized Users, to the jurisdiction of Nodal as set out in the Rules. Participant will comply with and be subject to, and shall cause its Authorized Users to comply with and be subject to, and agrees that Nodal shall have all of the rights and remedies set forth in, the Rules, which shall be part of the terms and conditions of every Transaction to which Participant is a Party. Participant shall continue to be subject to Nodal’s jurisdiction and to be bound by the Rules as to Transactions and as to all matters involving Participant, in either case occurring while the undersigned was a Participant.

Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-225 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.
