Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. 9.1.1 Each party must comply with all Applicable Laws in performing their obligations under this Agreement.

All rights and remedies available to ODOT under applicable federal, State and local laws are also incorporated by reference herein and are cumulative with all rights and remedies under the Contract. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ODOT’s performance is conditioned upon Contractor’s compliance with the following laws, regulations and executive orders to the extent they are applicable to the Contract:

(a) The Subcontractor shall perform all work, and comply in all respects, with applicable laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, and other authoritative rules of the United States and its political subdivisions and with the standards of relevant licensing boards and professional associations.
