JURISDICTION/DISPUTES. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its or any other jurisdiction’s laws governing conflicts of law. The parties hereby consent to and agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any litigation regarding this Agreement shall be the state or federal courts sitting in Davidson County, Tennessee.
