Posting of Positions Notice of any opening for a promotional position shall be posted in all schools and departments by the Division of Human Resources & Equity.
Electronic Posting of Notice of Intended Award Based on the evaluation, on the date indicated in the Timeline of Events the Department shall electronically post a Notice of Intended Award on the VBS and the MFMP Sourcing website for review by interested parties at the time and location specified in the Timeline of Events. The Notice of Intended Award shall remain posted for a period of seventy-two (72) hours, not including weekends or State observed holidays. If the notice of award is delayed, in lieu of posting the notice of intended award the Department may post a notice of the delay and a revised date for posting the notice of intended award.

Filling of Positions All eligible employees under Section 3 who have made a timely interest bid, and meet the minimum qualifications, shall be given consideration and may be appointed to the opening prior to the consideration of other non-interest bidding applicants and prior to filling the vacancy through other means. The Appointing Authority shall not be arbitrary, capricious, or discriminatory and must have a legitimate business reason to reject all of the interest bidders. Seniority of the interest bidders shall not be a factor in appointing employees from among the interest bidders. All interest bidders shall be notified orally or in writing, which may include electronic mailing, as to the status (either under consideration, acceptance, or rejection) of their interest bid in a timely manner. Conversion of Live Telephone Exchange Service to Analog 2W Loops The following coordination procedures shall apply to “live” cutovers of VERIZON Customers who are converting their Telephone Exchange Services to SPRINT Telephone Exchange Services provisioned over Analog 2W unbundled Local Loops (“Analog 2W Loops”) to be provided by VERIZON to SPRINT.
Processing on Legal Requirement SAP may also process Personal Data where required to do so by applicable law. In such a case, SAP shall inform Customer of that legal requirement before processing unless that law prohibits such information on important grounds of public interest.
Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions). Although the conversion amount generally is included in income, the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax will not apply to conversions from a Traditional IRA to a Xxxx XXX, regardless of whether you qualify for any exceptions to the 10 percent penalty tax. If you are required to take a required minimum distribution for the year, you must remove your required minimum distribution before converting your Traditional IRA.
Notification of Possible Breach BA shall notify CE within twenty-four (24) hours of any suspected or actual breach of Protected Information; any use or disclosure of Protected Information not permitted by the Contract or Addendum; any security incident (i.e., any attempted or successful unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with system operations in and information system) related to Protected Information, and any actual or suspected use or disclosure of data in violation of any applicable federal or state laws by BA or its agents or subcontractors. The notification shall include, to the extent possible, the identification of each individual whose unsecured Protected Information has been, or is reasonably believed by the BA to have been, accessed, acquired, used, or disclosed, as well as any other available information that CE is required to include in notification to the individual, the media, the Secretary, and any other entity under the Breach Notification Rule and any other applicable state or federal laws, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.404 through 45 C.F.R. Section 164.408, at the time of the notification required by this paragraph or promptly thereafter as information becomes available. BA shall take (i) prompt corrective action to cure any deficiencies and (ii) any action pertaining to unauthorized uses or disclosures required by applicable federal and state laws [42 U.S.C.
