Common use of Jurisdiction of Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Jurisdiction of Arbitrator. The Arbitrator shall have the jurisdiction to deal with the matter in dispute and to render a decision that is final and binding on all Parties concerned, however, the Arbitrator shall not have the authority to alter, modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
