Jurisdiction of Organization; Executive Offices; Collateral Locations; Corporate or Other Names; FEIN. As of the Effective Date, each Originator is a registered organization of the type and is organized under the laws of the state or province or federal law set forth in Schedule 4.01(b) (which is its only jurisdiction of organization or formation) and each such Originator’s organizational identification number (if any), the current location of such Originator’s executive office, principal place of business, other offices, the warehouses and premises within which any records relating to the Receivables is stored or located are set forth in Schedule 4.01(b) and, except as set forth in Schedule 4.01(b), such locations have not changed during the preceding twelve months. In addition, Schedule 4.01(b) lists the federal employer identification number of each Originator, if applicable.
