Jurisdictional Limitation. The Pueblo West Metropolitan District encompasses only territory within Pueblo County. This Agreement shall be construed to apply only to Pueblo West Metropolitan District territory within Pueblo County.
Jurisdictional Limitation. Political Subdivision encompasses territory within Moffat County, Colorado. This Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that area of Political Subdivision situated within Moffat County.
Jurisdictional Limitation. City encompasses territory within Moffat County, Colorado. This Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that area of City situated within Moffat County.
Jurisdictional Limitation. The District includes territory within Routt County but may also include territory not within Routt County. This Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that portion of the District within Routt County.
Jurisdictional Limitation. A. The Jurisdiction encompasses territory within Arapahoe County. This Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that portion of the Jurisdiction within Arapahoe County.
B. Where the Jurisdiction is entirely contained within Arapahoe County, the CEO has authority in setting ballot order and number. When the Jurisdiction is split among more than one county, the Jurisdiction agrees to coordinate with the CEO prior to agreeing upon ballot order or numbering.
Jurisdictional Limitation. A. The Jurisdiction encompasses territory within Xxxxxxx County. This Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that portion of the Jurisdiction within Xxxxxxx County.
B. Where the Jurisdiction is entirely contained within Xxxxxxx County, the CEO has jurisdiction in setting ballot order and number. When the Jurisdiction is split among more than one county, the Jurisdiction agrees to coordinate with the CEO prior to agreeing upon ballot order or numbering.

Jurisdictional Limitation. Entity encompasses territory within Moffat County, Colorado. Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that area of Entity situated within Moffat County.
Jurisdictional Limitation. If the Jurisdiction encompasses territory outside of Coconino County, Arizona, this Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that portion of the Jurisdiction that falls within Coconino County.
Jurisdictional Limitation. If the Jurisdiction encompasses territory outside of Jefferson County, Colorado, this Agreement shall be construed to apply only to that portion of the Jurisdiction that falls within Jefferson County.
