SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. The Coconino County Elections Department (CCED), or its designated agent, agrees to:
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in Exhibit “B,” County shall provide law enforcement services, including law enforcement dispatch services to Town. Said services are described in Exhibit A.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. A. A Sheriff’s Forensic Team will respond, upon request by the City, to:
1. City’s police officer involved shootings, or City’s law enforcement officers injured or killed in the line of duty.
2. Call-outs for homicides, if Department of Justice (DOJ) and Contra Costa County are unable to respond.
B. A Sheriff’s Forensic Supervisor will be available to assist the City via telephone 24/7.
C. The Sheriff’s Forensic Laboratory will assist the City by providing training to the City’s staff in the collection and preservation of evidence.
D. The Sheriff’s Forensic Laboratory will perform the following forensic examinations for City, or seek out a provider at Sheriff’s direct costs for the following services: ▪ Blood pattern interpretations ▪ CODIS entry ▪ Crime scene reconstruction ▪ Distance determination ▪ DOJ/AFIS entry ▪ Fingerprint comparison ▪ Fingerprint processing of evidence ▪ Firearms comparison ▪ Firearms NIBIN entry (no charge) ▪ Firearms NIBIN searches ▪ Forensic biology serology screening ▪ Forensic biology DNA typing ▪ Fracture analysis ▪ Gun identification ▪ Gun shot residue physical match ▪ Latent print AFIS searches ▪ Serial number restoration ▪ Shoe/tire impressions ▪ Tool xxxx comparison ▪ Trace analysis, (hair/fibers) * The Sheriff’s Forensic Laboratory does not conduct analysis of arson / explosives evidence, but will seek out a provider at Sheriff’s direct costs, if requested.
E. City will deliver to the Sheriff’s Forensic Laboratory items/material for analyzing.
F. Each year the Sheriff’s Forensic Laboratory Director shall meet with the City’s Chief of Police to establish specific service level objectives for the upcoming contract period. The Sheriff’s Laboratory Director shall provide the Police Chief with a written report as part of the annual report, containing a summary of activity for the previous period, by October 31 following the end of the contract period.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. In consideration of the payments set forth herein, County shall assign employees and provide services to NCHIDTA/NCRTTAC , which employees will be assigned to work at the NCHIDTA/NCRTTAC Fusion Center Office in San Francisco, as set forth herein and in Exhibit A. All County employees assigned to NCHIDTA or NCRTTAC shall be subject to the policies and procedures of the County of San Mateo and the San Mateo County Sheriff.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. 2.1 In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in Exhibit B and Exhibit B‐1, County shall provide law enforcement and police services within City. Said services are described in Exhibit A and Exhibit A‐1.
2.2 The City may request any additional services not set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit A‐1 in the field of public safety, law enforcement or related fields within the legal power of the Sheriff’s Office to provide, and Sheriff’s Office shall provide such services at the rates set forth in Exhibit B and Exhibit B‐1. Such additional services shall be reflected as amendments to Exhibit A and Exhibit A‐1.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. 2.1 In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in Exhibit B, County shall provide law enforcement and police services within City. Said services are described in Exhibit A and Exhibit A-1.
2.2 The City is not limited to the services indicated in Exhibit A, but the City may request any additional services in the field of public safety, law enforcement or related fields within the legal power of the Sheriff to provide.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. County, agrees to provide the services, as set forth in detail in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby incorporated as part of this Agreement and adopted by reference.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in Exhibit “B,” County shall perform services for Telecare in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibit “A.”
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. In consideration of the payments set forth herein, COUNTY shall perform a defined range of Public Safety Communications services for CITY as set forth herein and in Exhibit A.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY COUNTY. In consideration of the payments set forth herein, County shall perform a defined range of law enforcement services for City as set forth herein and in Exhibit A and B. These services will supplement the public safety services administered by the City of East Palo Alto.
(a) COUNTY will provide CITY with Investigative and Street Crime Suppression Unit services from July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2007 as set forth in Exhibit A.
(c) COUNTY will rent to CITY the use of pagers that are compatible with the COUNTY dispatch system, at the rates set forth in section 3 of this agreement.
(d) COUNTY will provide Public Safety Communications services as set forth in Exhibit B.
