Jury and Witness Duty Leave. An employee who is called upon to serve on a jury or, attend as a witness by subpoena or summons or by providing proof satisfactory to the Employer of being required to attend as a witness in any proceeding held in or under the authority of any court in Canada, or before any legislative committee authorized to compel the attendance of witnesses before it or any person or body of persons authorized by law to compel the attendance of witnesses before it shall be allowed leave of absence with full pay, where full pay is defined as the number of hours scheduled to be worked.
