Jury/Court Duty. The Board of Education shall pay a full-time employee, including hourly and per diem employees, the difference between such employee's regular compensation and remuneration received for serving as a juror. The Board will provide a substitute teacher(s) when a teacher is serving as a juror, witness, defendant, complainant, or as a witness in any proceeding for which a subpoena is issued as a result of their employment in the district. Said employee shall receive his/her normal per diem wage.
