JURY DUTY/SUBPOENAED WITNESS ALLOWANCE. 18.01 In the case of an employee who is called for jury service or as a subpoenaed witness, the Company shall pay, for each day of such service, an allowance equal to the difference between eight (8) hours of pay based on the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate (pieceworkers eight (8) hours based on the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx Tree Length Skidding hourly rate) and the payment the employee received for jury service. The employee will present proof of service and of pay received therefore when making claim for such allowance.
