Just Cause Provision. 1. No employee shall be disciplined, reprimanded, reduced in rank or compensation, or deprived of any professional advantage, or given an adverse evaluation of his professional services without cause. Any such action asserted by the Board, or any agent or representative thereof, shall be subject to the grievance procedure set forth herein. Nothing in this provision shall be construed to prevent the termination of a contract on the basis of sixty (60) days’ notice where such is applicable.
