Keeping Accurate Time Sheets. All employees must indicate any period of time out of the office on their timesheets. This includes sick leave, doctor/dentist appointments, vacation, seminars, conferences, telecommuting, etc. Any employee who fails to accurately report their time pursuant to this policy will be subject to discipline.
