Notice of Vacation. Prior to vacating the hangar for any reason, the occupant is to deliver to the City a notice of their intent to vacate the hangar. The occupant understands and agrees that up to five days before vacating the hangar and up to three days after vacating the hangar, the City may conduct vacation inspections to determine whether the occupant has complied with the provisions of this agreement. The occupant may be a party to the vacation inspection; however, the City is not required to make unreasonable accommodations in order to allow the occupant to be present at vacation inspections.
Notice of Vacation. The Actor shall give the Producer five weeks' notice of the date of the Actor's intended vacation, which date shall be approved or disapproved by the Producer within one week thereafter. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Notice of Vacation. Employees shall provide the Staff Liaison Officer with employee vacation schedules by April 1, of each year. The Staff Liaison Officer may require one month’s notice of vacation.

Vacation requests shall be made at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the scheduled vacation date and employees shall be given at least thirty (30) days notice of approval of their vacation time. Scheduled vacations shall not be canceled or rescheduled by the Employer except in cases of emergencies or by mutual agreement. Any requirements under this section may be modified by mutual consent.

For vacations of two (2) days or less, requests shall be made at least one week in advance, and approved or denied within two (2) business days. Each Employer may establish an annual date by which vacation requests must be made. Scheduled vacations shall not be canceled or rescheduled by the Employer except in cases of emergencies or by mutual agreement. Any requirements under this section may be modified by mutual consent. Approval shall not be arbitrarily denied.
Notice of Vacation. (a) (i) Prime Time – June 15 to September 15 In scheduling vacation periods, senior employees shall have preference, subject to operational requirements. Not later than April 15th of each year, the Employer shall post a "Request for Vacation Leave" form on which employees shall indicate their choice of vacation for the upcoming June 15th through September 15th (prime time) period. This form will be completed by the employee not later than April 30th and the Employer shall post, not later than May 15th, a vacation roster setting out the approved vacation periods. Should employees neglect to complete the "Request for Vacation Leave" form, they shall forfeit the right to exercise seniority for vacation during the prime time period over employees for whom approval has been posted. It is understood that no employee shall be granted more than two (2) consecutive weeks of vacation until all staff have had the opportunity to choose vacation time during the prime period of June 15 to September 15.
Notice of Vacation. An employee shall give one week notice for any vacation request less than one week. An employee shall give at least a month’s notice for any vacation request of a week or more. In instances where the number of workers in a certain classification requesting vacation would cause a staffing shortage, length of service shall prevail. However, any employee giving at least two months notice of his/her intent to use vacation, shall not be denied such time off if in line with program needs.
Notice of Vacation. (a) (i) A Vacation Week is either two separate blocks of 2 or 3 consecutive scheduled work days or one continuous block of 4 to7 consecutive scheduled work days. (See Appendix D for example.)
Notice of Vacation. Employees shall notify the Employer, in writing, of their vacation preference by March 1st in each year and the Employer shall post an approved vacation schedule by March 31st. Employees who do not notify the Employer without reasonable cause will be subject to Article 18.05.
