Keeping the Project on Schedule. The Design Professional is responsible for timely completion of all its activities, responsibilities, and obligations under this Contract in accordance with the Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule as amended and approved by the Owner. The Owner shall seek the Design Professional’s input if any change in the Owner’s requirements affects the design schedule. The Design Professional acknowledges and agrees, absent fault of the Owner or force majeure, that if the agreed-upon design milestones in the Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule are not met, the Design Professional will, at its own expense, accelerate its work, accelerate or replace delinquent consultants, and retain such additional resources as necessary to return the Project to the Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule. Upon approval by Owner of the Construction Progress Schedule as contemplated by 3.3.5.2 of the General Conditions, the Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule shall be amended to include the Construction Progress Schedule. The amended schedule will become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner, and Contractor.

Keeping the Project on Schedule. It is of the utmost concern to the Owner that the Contract Documents are fully prepared in sufficient time to permit the construction, considering all anticipated contingencies, to be completed in sufficient time to meet the date that occupancy of the Project by the Using Agency is required. Upon approval by Owner of the Construction Progress Schedule as contemplated by 3.3.5.2 of the General Conditions, the Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule shall be amended to include the Construction Progress Schedule. The amended schedule will become the Overall Project Schedule, which shall be utilized by the Design Professional, Owner, and Contractor.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Construction Schedules Construction Manager shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall include with its Estimated Contract Sum preliminary Construction Schedules for Owner Parties’ review. After Owner approves the Project budget, Construction Manager shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedules throughout the duration of the Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.

  • Title to Project Deliverables Contractor acknowledges that it is commissioned by the Authorized User to perform the services detailed in the Purchase Order.   • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.
