Kepentingan Peningkatan Ekonomi Rusia. Pada tahun 1991 pemerintah Rusia mengambil langkah drastis di bidang ekonomi mereka dengan tujuan menghilangkan pengaruh komunisme di Rusia. Langkah yang diambil Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Presiden Rusia saat itu, adalah dengan melakukan privatisasi segala xxx xxxx dulunya dimiliki oleh pemerintah, seperti tanah, pertokoan, xxx industri. Selain itu, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx juga membiarkan harga-harga barang pokok mengikuti harga pasar, tidak seperti sebelumnya yang terus di kontrol oleh pemerintah. Kebijakan ini diberi nama kebijakan “Shock Therapy” (Poland, M., n.d.). Diluar dugaan, masyarakat Rusia justru tidak siap dengan perubahan yang drastis ini sehingga menyebabkan beberapa masalah di Rusia, salah satu contoh masalah yang timbul dari perubahan ini adalah munculnya hiperinflasi di Rusia. Sejak kebijakan “Shock Therapy” ini berjalan, pada tahun 1991 Rusia mengalami hiperinflasi yang menyebabkan kenaikan harga barang sekitar 160 xxxxxx, xxx pada tahun 1992 Rusia mengalami hiperinflasi terparah yang pernah mereka alami dengan tingkat inflasi lebih dari 2000 persen (xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, n.d.). Krisis finansial Rusia yang terjadi pada tahun 1998 ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti semakin meningkatnya suku bunga, semakin banyaknya modal yang meninggalkan Rusia, xxx akibat dari menurunnya kepercayaan investor ke pasar xxxxx xxxx pada saat juga sedang dilanda krisis. Akibat dari krisis finansial ini, pemerintah Rusia terpaksa membiarkan harga xxxx uang Xxxxx ditentukan oleh pasar atau istilah lainnya “floating exchange rate”, selain itu, krisis ini juga menyebabkan pemerintah Rusia tidak dapat membayar hutang domestiknya (Wiel, 2013).   • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY 16.01 The Employer, Union and the employees shall comply with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act where and when applicable. The Employer shall provide working conditions at all times which are not prejudicial to the health or efficiency of the workers. Employees are required to report to their Employer any unsafe work conditions, or violation of any safe work policies or procedures established by the Employer, or any violation of relevant safe work legislation.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Marketing Vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within the TIPS website, database, marketing materials, and advertisements unless Vendor negotiates this term to include a specific acceptable-use directive. Any use of TIPS’ name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by Vendor must have prior approval from TIPS which will not be unreasonably withheld. Request may be made by email to xxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx. For marketing efforts directed to TIPS Members, Vendor must request and execute a separate Joint Marketing Disclaimer, at xxxxxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx, before TIPS can release contact information for TIPS Member entities for the purpose of marketing your TIPS contract(s). Vendor must adhere to strict Marketing Requirements once a disclaimer is executed. The Joint Marketing Disclaimer is a supplemental agreement specific to joint marketing efforts and has no effect on the terms of the TIPS Vendor Agreement. Vendor agrees that any images, photos, writing, audio, clip art, music, or any other intellectual property (“Property”) or Vendor Data utilized, provided, or approved by Vendor during the course of the joint marketing efforts are either the exclusive property of Vendor, or Vendor has all necessary rights, license, and permissions to utilize said Property in the joint marketing efforts. Vendor agrees that they shall indemnify and hold harmless TIPS and its employees, officers, agents, representatives, contractors, assignees, designees, and TIPS Members from any and all claims, damages, and judgments involving infringement of patent, copyright, trade secrets, trade or services marks, and any other intellectual or intangible property rights and/or claims arising from the Vendor’s (including Vendor’s officers’, employees’, agents’, Authorized Resellers’, subcontractors’, licensees’, or invitees’) unauthorized use or distribution of Vendor Data and Property.

The participant may, on written request, gain access to his personal data and correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete. He/she should address any questions regarding the processing of his/her personal data to the sending institution and/or the National Agency. The participant may lodge a complaint against the processing of his personal data with the [national supervising body for data protection] with regard to the use of these data by the sending institution, the National Agency, or to the European Data Protection Supervisor with regard to the use of the data by the European Commission.
