Key Personnel; Qualifications of Employees. 7.4.1 The DBA Documents identify certain job categories of Key Personnel for the Project. Except as provided in Sections 7.4.4 and 7.4.5, DB Contractor shall not change, or permit any change in, any Key Personnel.
