Keys and Locks. Tenant currently possesses keys and/or access cards, as applicable, for each lockset on doors entering the Leased Premises from public areas for use by its current employees maintaining offices in the Leased Premises. Additional keys and/or access cards, including keys and/or access cards for new employees of Tenant and replacement keys and/or access cards for lost or damaged keys and/or access cards will be furnished by Landlord upon an order signed by Tenant and at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall be permitted to install additional locks or other access control devices in the Leased Premises provided Tenant furnishes Landlord with a duplicate set of keys or a master key and/or access cards to all such locks other than those locks securing Security Areas. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all keys and/or access cards to any locks on doors entering or within the Leased Premises, and shall provide Landlord with the combination of all locks for safes, safe cabinets and vault doors, if any, within the Leased Premises; provided that if Tenant terminates this Lease with respect to less than all of the Leased Premises at a Property and, at the time of such termination, the Leased Premises was served by an access control or other security system installed by Tenant in lieu of or in addition to the access control or security systems serving the Building generally, Tenant shall have no obligation to cause the terminated portion of the Leased Premises to continue to be served by any such supplemental access control or security systems.

Keys and Locks. Thereafter, additional keys and/or security cards will be furnished by Landlord upon an order signed by Tenant and at Tenant's expense. All keys and security cards furnished to Tenant by Landlord shall remain the property of Landlord. Subject to Section 3.3 and the following sentence, no additional locks shall be allowed on any door of the Leased Premises and Tenant shall not make or permit to be made any duplicate keys except those furnished by Landlord. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense. Keys and Locks. Keys and Locks. Landlord shall furnish Tenant currently possesses with two (2) keys and/or access cards, as applicable, for each lockset on doors entering the Leased Premises from public areas for use by its current employees maintaining offices in Building Standard corridor door serving the Leased Premises. Additional keys and/or access cardsor security cards (collectively, including keys and/or access cards for new employees of Tenant and replacement keys and/or access cards for lost or damaged keys and/or access cards will the “Access Equipment”) shall be furnished by Landlord upon an order signed by Tenant and at Tenant’s written request, at a charge by Landlord equal to the costs of such Access Equipment plus an additional charge of ten percent (10%) of such cost for administrative cost recovery.
