KITCHEN EXHAUST FANS. Includes all components that affect the exhaust operation for the unit, specifically the motor, selector switch, and fan. NOT COVERED: blades, belts, shutters, filters, lighting. NOTE: Builders standard is used when replacement is necessary. NOTE: We will pay no more than $250.00 per contract term for access, diagnosis and repair and/or replacement for covered kitchen exhaust fans.
