Knowledge Management / CIP. The Supplier defines continuous improvement as a holistic approach to his quality management system. The experience gained from previous projects and the analysis of deviations are to be used for the development of a knowledge management system (e.g. lessons learned). Within the scope of continuous quality improvement, the Supplier must monitor and analyse the reject rate, the rework portions or the number of faulty documents for the NDT- inspection order and reduce them by means of suitable measures.

Knowledge Management / CIP. The Supplier defines continuous improvement process (CIP) as a holistic approach to its quality management system. The experience gained from previous projects and the analysis of deviations is to be used to build up knowledge management (e. g. lessons learned). Within the scope of con- tinuous quality improvement, the supplier must monitor and analyze customer complaints, internal failures, as well as scrap rates and rework percentages, and reduce them through appropriate measures.

  • Programme Management The Government will establish a programme management office and the Council will be able to access funding support to participate in the reform process. The Government will provide further guidance on the approach to programme support, central and regional support functions and activities and criteria for determining eligibility for funding support. This guidance will also include the specifics of any information required to progress the reform that may be related to asset quality, asset value, costs, and funding arrangements.
