Common use of L/C Application Clause in Contracts

L/C Application. The Issuing Bank shall have received --------------- from the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Issuing Bank, (i) a duly executed and completed L/C Application which L/C Application shall set forth, among other things, the beneficiary, the amount, and the term of the proposed Letter of Credit, and (ii) a duly executed and completed Request for Letter of Credit (in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "C"). -----------
