Common use of Labor and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Labor and Equipment. Contractor must provide and maintain all labor, equipment, tools, facilities, and personnel supervision required for the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. Contractor must always have sufficient backup equipment and labor to fulfill Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. No compensation for Contractor’s services or for Contractor’s supply of labor, equipment, tools, facilities, or supervision will be provided or paid to Contractor by City or by any Service Recipient except as expressly provided by this Agreement.
