Common use of Labor and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Labor and Equipment. CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain all labor, 270 equipment, tools, facilities, and personnel supervision required for the performance of 271 CONTRACTOR’S obligations under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall at all times have 272 sufficient backup equipment and labor to fulfill CONTRACTOR’S obligations under this 273 Agreement. No compensation for CONTRACTOR’S services or for CONTRACTOR’S supply of 274 labor, equipment, tools, facilities or supervision shall be provided or paid to CONTRACTOR by 275 CITY or by any Service Recipient except as expressly provided by this Agreement.
