Common use of Labor and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Labor and Equipment. 19 CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain all labor, equipment, tools, facilities, and 20 personnel supervision required for the performance of CONTRACTOR’s obligations under 21 this Agreement. The enumeration of, and specification of requirements for, particular items 22 of labor or equipment does not relieve CONTRACTOR of the duty to furnish all others that 23 may be required, whether enumerated or not. CONTRACTOR shall at all times have 24 sufficient backup equipment and labor to fulfill CONTRACTOR’s obligations under this 25 Agreement.
