Common use of Labor Council Membership Clause in Contracts

Labor Council Membership. It shall not be a condition of employment for any employee to either acquire or maintain membership in the Labor Council. Any employee who is a member of the Labor Council may withdraw authorization for dues deduction by the City by directing a request thirty (30) days in advance, in writing to the City Finance Director with a copy to the Labor Council.
