Common use of Labor Disputes and Acts of God Clause in Contracts

Labor Disputes and Acts of God. Neither the business nor the properties of the Company or any Subsidiary is (i) engaged in any strike, lockout or other labor dispute or (ii) currently affected by or subject to any fire, explosion, accident, drought, storm, earthquake, embargo, act of God or other casualty (whether or not covered by insurance), in each case, which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
