Common use of Labor-Management Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Labor-Management Advisory Committee. There shall be a labor‐management committee consisting of two bargaining unit employees and two management representatives. The Committee will be co‐chaired by one representative from each side. The committee will meet as needed, but at least quarterly unless waived by both co‐chairs, and consider issues of mutual interest.
