Both the Union and the District acknowledge that it is in the best interest of all stakeholders when Labor and Management engage in a collaborative working relationship. To that end, both parties agree to adopt and support the following infrastructure at the District-wide and Site levels to xxxxxx regular, productive interaction between representatives of the Union and District.
