Labor Management Committee Purpose. A. A Labor Management Committee (LMC) shall be formed to promote a constructive and cooperative relationship. The purpose of the LMC is to provide communication between the parties, to share information, to make recommendations to improve operating efficiencies and safety on vessels of WSF. B. To fulfill this purpose, the LMC may review all terms of the parties existing Collective Bargaining Agreement and all WSF policies, procedures and practices affecting matters of operational efficiency and safety. The LMC may recommend modifications to current policies, procedures and practices which are consistent with existing contract terms.
