Common use of Labour Relations Clause in Contracts

Labour Relations. Seller will promptly undertake all reasonable efforts to prevent or resolve any strikes or other labour disputes among its employees or employees of its subcontractors. If such a dispute occurs, Seller will take all reasonable actions to minimize any disruption of performance of Services. Seller will immediately advise Buyer in writing of any possible labour dispute which may affect performance of Services.
