LACE’s obligation to carry out Part 1 of the Project with due diligence and efficiency, in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial, technical, environmental and social practices, under the supervision of qualified and experienced management assisted by competent staff in adequate numbers, and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Operational Manual, and the MAAFP.
