Right of Return. The Officer elects to retain the right of return to a department or organisation provided by section 58 of the Act. or The Officer elects not to retain the right of return to a department or organisation provided by section 58 of the Act. or The Officer is not entitled to the right of return to a department or organisation provided by section 58 of the Act.
Right of Return. An employee returning from pregnancy or parental leave will be reinstated to their previous position and same working conditions, or where their job does not exist to a comparable position within the bargaining unit.
Right of Return. Upon completion of service in the Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), a Bargaining Unit Member shall be returned to the position/assignment that he/she held prior to becoming a Teacher on Special Assignment. If that position/ assignment no longer exists, he/she shall be provided a similar position or allowed to choose from any open position/assignment that he/she is credentialed to teach.
Right of Return. 12.8.1 The Supplier shall accept returns of delivered pharmaceuticals and credit the invoiced price of the returned pharmaceuticals in the following situations: • Pharmaceuticals with a shorter residual shelf life than required, see clause 4.7 • Defective pharmaceuticals see clause 12.3 • Withdrawals see clause 12.4, and • Any other situation where the Contracting Authority and/ or the Customer concerned is entitled under the Framework Agreement to return the pharmaceuticals.
Right of Return. If not confirmed in the promotional position, probationary principals or assistant principals shall have the right to return to their previous position, or, if it does not exist, to a position equivalent to the one held prior to the probationary promotional appointment.
Right of Return. An employee shall have the right of return to a position in a class in the Union unit which the employee previously occupied when the employee fails to satisfactorily complete the probationary period after being promoted. An employee who fails to satisfactorily complete a probationary period in a new class as a result of a voluntary demotion or transfer to a class in a new class series, shall have the right of return to a position in the class and department from which the employee previously occupied, provided such right shall be exercised within ninety (90) days of the effective date of the transfer or voluntary demotion. After ninety (90) days, an employee who does not satisfactorily complete the new probationary period shall have a right of return to any vacant position in the former class and department for a period not to exceed six (6) months.
Right of Return. Employees who are promoted and remain in the Teamsters bargaining unit shall have a 60 day right of return to their former job classification.
Right of Return. 14:6.1 An employee’s right of return to a school or program is not a transfer and shall only take place if an opening in that school or program occurs prior to August 1. Right of return applies to employees who have been involuntarily transferred. Right of return does not apply to a temporary assignment. The individual may decide to waive the right of return by notifying the Human Resources Division in writing any time prior to notification of a right of return opening. Additionally, the employee may reject a right of return up to 24 hours after the notification from the Human Resources Division. Initial notification by the Human Resources Division may be verbal and shall be followed by written confirmation. Failure of the employee to communicate with the Human Resources Division within the 24-hour period is considered an acceptance of the right of return. A rejection of a right of return and assignment, is a forfeiture of these rights; the employee shall remain in his/her current status.
Right of Return. Employees returning from a statutory leave under Article 16.09 will be reinstated to their previous position and same working conditions, or where their job does not exist to a comparable position within the bargaining unit.
Right of Return. If a vacancy occurs in a category between June 1 and the first day of class of the following school year in a given school, the excess teacher in this category with the most seniority who had expressed his or her intention on the appropriate transfer form16 shall be given the choice of returning to his or her school of origin. If the teacher chooses not to return to his or her school of origin, the second teacher with the most seniority who had expressed his or her intention shall exercise the right to return and so on.
