Land Development Unit. 1. The Department’s Land Development Unit shall review all subdivisions of land and apply fire flow and hydrant spacing requirements in accordance with this regulation and the present zoning of the subdivision or allowed land use as approved by the County’s Regional Planning Commission or city planning department.
