LAND PURCHASE – UNSERVICED LAND. 17.02(1) Where land, in excess of that which the City can compel the Developer to dedicate as a condition of Subdivision Approval, is required by the City for Municipal Purposes as defined in the Municipal Government Act and is determined in the sole discretion of the Manager, Urban Development to be un-serviced in nature and is identified at the Outline Plan stage, the Developer agrees to sell and the City agrees to purchase subject to the approval of City Council in accordance with 17.02(2).
