Common use of Landlord’s Compliance Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Compliance. Landlord shall comply with (or cause to be complied with) all Requirements applicable to the Building which are not the obligation of Tenant, to the extent that non-compliance would materially impair Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises and Tenant's ability to conduct its business in the Premises for office use; and the cost thereof shall be included in Operating Expenses pursuant to Section 8.1(c) of this Lease.

Landlord’s Compliance. Landlord shall comply with (or cause to --------------------- be complied with) all Requirements applicable to the Building (including the Premises) which are not the obligation of Tenant, to the extent that non-non- compliance would materially impair Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises and Tenant's ability to conduct its business in the Premises for office use; and and, except with respect to Requirements which are in effect as of the Commencement Date (but not excepting any subsequent material modifications thereto), the cost thereof shall be included in Operating Expenses pursuant to Section 8.1(c8.1(e) of this Lease.

Landlord’s Compliance. Landlord shall comply with (or cause to be complied with) all Requirements applicable to the Base Building and the Common Areas which are not the obligation of Tenant, to the extent that non-compliance would materially impair Tenant's ’s use and occupancy of the Premises and Tenant's ability to conduct its business for the Permitted Uses. All costs incurred by Landlord in the Premises for office use; and the cost thereof connection with this Section 8.1(c) shall be included in Operating Expenses pursuant to the extent permitted under Section 8.1(c) 7.1 of this Lease.

Landlord shall comply with (or cause to be complied with) all Requirements applicable to the Building Real Property which are not the obligation of Tenant, to the extent that non-compliance would materially adversely impair or affect Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises and Tenant's ability to conduct its business in for the Premises for office use; and the cost thereof shall be included in Operating Expenses pursuant to Section 8.1(c) of this LeasePermitted Uses.
