Common use of Landlord’s Costs Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Costs. In case Landlord shall, without any fault on its part, be made party to any litigation commenced by or against Tenant or by any party claiming under Tenant, to pay, as additional rent, all actual third party reasonable costs including, without implied limitation, reasonable counsel fees incurred by or imposed upon Landlord in connection with such litigation, and, as additional rent, also to pay all such reasonable costs and fees incurred by Landlord in connection with the successful enforcement by Landlord of any obligations of Tenant under this Lease;

Landlord’s Costs. In case Landlord shall, without any fault on its part, be made party to any litigation commenced by or against Tenant or by or against any party parties in possession of the Premises or any part thereof claiming under Tenant, to pay, as additional rent, all actual third party reasonable costs including, without implied limitation, reasonable counsel fees incurred by or imposed upon Landlord in connection with such litigation, and, litigation and as additional rent, also to pay all such reasonable costs and fees incurred by Landlord in connection with the successful enforcement by Landlord of any obligations of Tenant under this Lease;

Landlord’s Costs. In case Landlord shall, without any fault on its part, shall be made party to any litigation commenced by or against Tenant or by or against any party parties in possession of the Premises or any part thereof claiming under Tenant, to pay, as additional rent, all actual third party reasonable costs including, without implied limitation, reasonable counsel fees incurred by or imposed upon Landlord in connection with such litigation, litigation to the extent that Landlord prevails in such litigation and, as additional rent, also to pay all such reasonable costs and fees incurred by Landlord in connection with the successful enforcement by Landlord of any obligations of Tenant under this Lease;.
